ASCII and RGB Function--
This is a small Colour Picker cum Tutorial utility that explains what the ASCII codes and RGB colour functions are. This is useful to the entrants in computer programming field.

ASCII Codes -- ASCII stands for American Standard Code for Information Interchange. In the world of computers, all letters, digits & special characters are represented by some specific number, anyone from 0 to 255. You can find out equivalent ASCII number for any character that you type and equivalent character for any number (between 0 and 255) that you type in the entry box.

RGB Colour Function -- Generally programmers use RGB function to display some particular colour on some specific portion on screen. You can verify how this function works. Just move the scroll bars and see how colour shades in two, related colour bands change. You can see the corresponding RGB function values beside those colour bands. Programmers use these RGB function values in their programs to display the colours.

Brief help is also provided. All users will use this program at their own risk and will not hold the developer responsible for any reason at all.   This small utility is now included as a Colour Picker in HIT_Lines ePAD from its version 1.5.0 onwards .
